A Commercial Layout Built Around Showrooms, Shops and Wide Parking
MBI Maa Complex is presented in the supplied project material as a completed commercial development comprising showroom and shop components with substantial road-and-parking allocation and supporting project infrastructure.
The earlier technical project plan records a total project area of 43,560 sq ft with 21 showrooms and 12 shops. A newly supplied highway visualisation package provides additional planning context through a 33-module plinth layout and a series of orthographic and 3D architectural views.
The supplemental plinth drawing shows the development extending along a National Highway corridor, with directional references toward Dehradun and Chandigarh and additional Ambala / Shezadpur road context. These supplementary visuals should be treated as architectural and planning references unless MBI confirms that they represent the project's final as-built condition.
